This is loaded, because after two years of running my own operation, I could write a book on what we offer. What Ascend uniquely has to offer a client seeking insurance is authenticity and passion. Neither can be faked. In a world where most people / the status quo is to offer services to receive a monetary return, we offer our services, our knowledge, our positioning to anyone that needs a place for honest straight forward conversation. But succinctly we offer seniors Medicare and life insurance understanding and products, we offer timely and expedient customer service, and we offer follow through until the client’s need has been resolved.

Medicare insurance that we offer typically costs our clients $0. However I talk, ALOT, so if you are expecting your insurance man, you will wind up with a new family member! I will ask you for your life advice! Because Medicare insurance is complex and a product that you use each month, I will need you to tell me any time you have issues so I can go get those issues resolved. That’s what it will cost you. Life Insurance typically comes with a premium, that is dependent upon age, sex and health. But the same family member requirement is also charged here as well : )

YOU DON’T. However we will earn your trust with the follow through and attention to the details that are important to you. When we assist you with an insurance need, we don’t go into the sunset, we stick around. We may even wind up on the annoying side. However I would rather a client know that they got an insurance man in their pocket than feel lost in the complexities of the insurance world.

While I can’t speak for every brokerage out there. I believe there to be some good ones. I think the dime a dozen though is only focused on monetary gain, even if it’s in spite of their clients. I also believe the terrible thing is the overarching governing insurance bodies don’t step in more. The difference for Ascend is that we put humans first. Even if that means directing an insurance seeker to another group that specializes in what their exact needs are. Our blessings come by way of more than just a dollar.

The insurance industry is complex. All around. NO, Ascend is not an Insurance Company. Ascend is an insurance brokerage. Meaning we act as a middle man between the insurer (the insurance company) and the client. If you think about it, MOST of your family members or friends that have gotten insurance have done so through a broker. We are trusted by the insurers we choose to partner with to educate and help clients with their insurance products.

No, we won’t charge you money. Of course we would HOPE for a fair opportunity to earn your business. But in terms of providing you an honest, and transparent understanding of what’s available to you in the insurance world (that we specialize in) you’re going to get the same treatment that our grandmothers get! And NO our knowledge or time will not cost you any money.

We can point anyone in the right direction to get their insurance problem solved. However we are not specialists in ALL insurance. Our specialty is LIFE insurance and HEALTH insurance for seniors over the age of 50. While we are licensed to help folks of all ages, our specialty is in the SENIOR MARKET.

Our attention to detail is unmatched. We have the heart of social workers that will outpace the work ethic of the fastest talking sales people. We rarely let any need of our clients’ go unresolved. Customer Service levels that exceed what the industry has accepted as the norm is our unique identifier.

Ascend has been a brokerage since February 2024. Daniel, the founder, has been an insurance agent since 2015.
